01Does Zenith Academy guarantee trading profit?
No. Forex involves substantial risk and results cannot be guaranteed. Zenith Academy sells education and learning access; it does not promise income, returns, or successful trades.
02Is this investment advice or account management?
No. Course content is general education. The academy does not hold student funds, execute trades for students, or provide individualized licensed investment recommendations.
03How are lessons delivered?
Lessons are delivered digitally through the protected student area. Eligible plans also include scheduled live educational sessions and plan-specific learning groups or coaching.
04When does my access begin?
Access begins after the payment provider confirms the transaction and the academy records the enrollment. Bank transfers may remain pending while the receipt is reviewed.
05Can I watch lessons more than once?
Yes. Students may revisit included lessons during the active access period, subject to the account and acceptable-use rules.
06What languages are supported?
The public website supports Arabic, Turkish, and English. Course language and subtitle availability are stated in the course or enrollment information.
07Can I share my account or course videos?
No. Access is personal. Sharing credentials, recording protected lessons, redistributing files, or attempting to bypass video controls may result in suspended access.
08How do refunds work?
