1. Service scope
Zenith Academy provides general educational material about forex markets, analysis, risk concepts, and structured practice. The service is not brokerage, portfolio management, custody, investment advice, or a guarantee of financial results.
The plan summary displayed before checkout defines the purchased access period, price, and included services.
2. Account eligibility and security
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. One account is intended for one person unless Zenith Academy provides written permission otherwise.
Users must notify support promptly if they suspect unauthorized access. The academy may request reasonable verification before changing account or billing information.
3. Acceptable use
Users may study included content for personal educational use. They may not copy, record, scrape, resell, publish, share, circumvent access controls, probe infrastructure, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.
Access may be limited or suspended when credible evidence indicates abuse, security risk, payment fraud, or material violation of these terms.
4. Payments and access
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, and the total payable amount are shown before confirmation. Access begins after payment confirmation or manual approval where a bank-transfer option is used.
Any recurring billing arrangement must be identified clearly at checkout. A one-time plan does not renew automatically unless the buyer separately agrees to recurring terms.
5. Intellectual property
Course videos, text, graphics, systems, worksheets, branding, and other materials remain the property of Zenith Academy or the relevant licensor. Purchase grants limited, revocable, non-transferable access for personal study; it does not transfer ownership.
6. Educational limitations
Markets can move unpredictably and leveraged products can produce losses exceeding expectations. Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to participate in markets and should seek qualified independent advice where appropriate.
7. Changes and availability
The academy may update lessons, schedules, presenters, technical delivery, or equivalent course components to maintain accuracy and operation. Material reductions to purchased access will be addressed in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
