Technical and learning records may include IP address, browser and device information, login history, course progress, lesson interactions, support correspondence, and security events. Complete card data is handled by enabled payment providers and is not stored by Zenith Academy.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased access, maintain learning progress, communicate service changes, answer requests, prevent abuse, reconcile transactions, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
Where consent is required for optional marketing communication, it can be withdrawn without affecting essential service messages.
3. Sharing and processors
Necessary information may be shared with hosting, email, analytics, customer-support, security, and payment providers acting under their own terms or data-processing obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Zenith Academy does not sell personal information.
4. Retention and security
Records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal duties. Retention periods vary by record type.
Administrative access controls, encryption in transit, logging, backups, and restricted video delivery are used to reduce risk. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
Requests can be sent to [email protected]. A complaint may also be submitted to the competent data-protection authority.
6. Cookies and international processing
Essential cookies maintain sessions, language, security, and checkout continuity. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only with the required notice or consent.
Service providers may process data in other countries. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used where required.
