1. Risk of loss
Forex and leveraged products involve substantial risk. Price movements can be rapid, liquidity can change, orders can fill at unexpected prices, and leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A person may lose all capital committed to trading and, depending on the product or broker terms, may face additional liability.
2. Education is not a prediction
Charts, examples, systems, live sessions, and market commentary are provided for general education. They do not predict future results and are not instructions to buy, sell, or hold a financial instrument.
Historical examples, hypothetical scenarios, and instructor demonstrations have inherent limitations and must not be treated as evidence of future performance.
3. Personal responsibility
Each user is responsible for evaluating personal finances, experience, objectives, jurisdiction, broker, and risk tolerance before participating in markets. Only risk capital that a person can afford to lose should be considered.
Independent financial, legal, or tax advice should be obtained from qualified professionals when needed.
4. No guarantees or custody
Zenith Academy does not guarantee profit, recovery of course fees through trading, account growth, or any particular outcome. It does not accept trading deposits, hold student capital, or operate student brokerage accounts.
5. Technical and external risks
Internet outages, platform faults, delayed data, cybersecurity incidents, broker insolvency, regulatory changes, and exceptional market events can affect trading or access to information. Course access cannot eliminate these risks.
