Service Covered by This Policy

Zenith Academy supplies account-based access to online industrial operations and commerce training, course materials, learning records, and student support. The plan name, total price, currency, billing frequency, access period, and included features shown on the pricing page and checkout form the order description.

The service is educational digital content. It does not include physical goods, factory services, procurement, employment placement, custom consulting, professional certification, or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

The customer must review the selected plan and these legal pages before completing checkout. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain fully preserved.

Account Licence and Access

A completed order grants the named customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content included in the selected plan for the period shown at checkout.

Access credentials must be kept confidential. Account sharing, resale, sublicensing, public display, copying, recording, systematic downloading, scraping, or redistribution of course materials is prohibited.

Orders, Delivery, and Renewals

An order is accepted when the checkout confirms payment and the website records the transaction. Digital access is then delivered to the customer account without physical shipping.

For recurring plans, the checkout states the billing frequency and renewal price before purchase. The customer may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation does not restrict the separate 14-calendar-day refund right stated in the Refund Policy.

  • Transparent price and currency
  • Plan duration shown before payment
  • Digital account delivery
  • Renewal cancellation available

Educational Limitations

Training examples are general educational material and are not professional engineering, legal, tax, procurement, employment, or business consulting advice.

No statement, lesson, historical example, testimonial, or course result is a promise or guarantee of income, employment, certification, commercial performance, investment return, or future outcome.

Suspension, Intellectual Property, and Liability

Zenith Academy may protect the service by suspending access connected with fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks, content theft, or material account abuse. A suspension does not remove any mandatory consumer right or a valid refund right.

Course content, branding, recordings, text, graphics, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property ownership to the customer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

Order of Terms and Updates

The checkout may present additional buyer terms from the entity processing the transaction or acting as Merchant of Record. Those terms govern payment processing and buyer support where stated; these website policies continue to govern the training service supplied by Zenith Academy.

If terms conflict, mandatory consumer law takes priority, followed by the buyer terms shown at checkout for the payment transaction, and then these website terms for service delivery. A policy update applies prospectively from its stated effective date and does not reduce rights already attached to a completed order.
